During the late British period, the Sinhalese Anglican congregation wanted their place of worship because of the physical segregation at services in churches built for the British community. All Saints Church, Hulftsdorp, was constructed in 1860 and has not been modified.

This is a single-storey building with a two-storey bell tower used as a watchtower during World War I. Gothic influence is apparent in the architecture. Pointed arches, buttresses, pinnacles, and windows decorated with stained glass are some of the special characteristics of the building. Minor cracks are visible in some parts of the building, but the level of preservation is satisfactory as a whole.

Location: The building is situated on Hulftsaorp Street in front of the Western Province High Court, Colombo 12.
