Navodagama lies between Oyamaduwa and Tanthirimale in the Mahavilachchiya Divisional Secretary’s Division. it's by the roadside Remains of an ancient and a Tampita Vihara today you can only see the granite statues and few other ruins. Its preserved by the Department of Archaeology and known as the Navodagama Archaeological Reserve
