A mosque by the Town Hall that is also a saint's tomb, visited by people who came for either.

THE PLACE
One of the more prominent mosques in Colombo, standing near the Town Hall, and its exterior is close to iconic in that part of the city.
It is also a shrine. Shaikh Usman Waliyullah, a saint of the nineteenth century, is venerated here — and Muslims and non-Muslims both come to pay their respects.
That is worth stopping on. In a city that has had a great deal of trouble about religion, there is a Muslim shrine near the Town Hall where anyone may come, and they do.
