Gedaramada Ella (Ellegala Ella) Waterfall

Gedaramada Ella, also known as Ellegala Ella, is a short but broad waterfall near Thalagune. Water spreads across a broken rock face before dropping about ten metres into the forested channel below. The setting is away from the main visitor routes and the final access is not clearly established in published information. Flow and ground conditions are likely to change with rainfall, so the waterfall is best approached as a quiet landscape stop rather than a developed bathing place.
