THE PLACE
Hanthana International Bird Park sits in the hills above Kandy, near the Ceylon Tea Museum. It is a privately run attraction, opened in 2023, showing a collection of birds across landscaped grounds with guided and educational activities on offer.
The site slopes, so a visit involves more walking than an indoor exhibit would. It is built as a family attraction.
