THE PLACE

The most northern point of Sri Lanka lies on the edge of the road between Kankasanthure and Velvetithurai. This point is marked by a concrete board with the Sri Lankan flag painted. The small tile roof is a nice addition Point Pedro (Tamil: பருத்தித்துறை, Sinhala: පේදුරු තුඩුව,) is a town, located in Jaffna District, Sri Lanka, at the northernmost point of the island.
